I am currently seeking one additional investment partner to establish a genuine long-term property partnership.
I am Raviv Dozetas, BSc (Hons) Building Surveying, with over 25 years’ hands-on experience in property acquisition, development, refurbishment, management and operations.
Our established portfolio and full-time staffed operations span the North West from Liverpool to Oldham.
Track Record
Over the past 25 years, I have built my own property portfolio alongside several successful long-term investment partnerships, with a substantial catalogue of highly successful below-market and off-market acquisitions.
Our experience spans traditional residential lettings, ASTs, local authority and Serco accommodation, short-term rentals including Airbnb and Booking.com, together with advanced plans for expansion into supported housing and CQC-regulated accommodation and care.
Our Model
Our strategy is simple and proven:

Identify unique and off-market opportunities at substantial discounts.

Acquire, refurbish and reposition the property to maximise its value and income potential.

Refinance through conventional bank finance where commercially appropriate.

The objective is to recover as much of the investing partner’s original capital as commercially achievable through refinancing, while retaining the underlying property for ongoing income and future capital growth.

All invested capital is returned to the investing partner before any profit taking.

We are NOT primarily looking for a property-flipping model. Our preference is to acquire, improve, refinance and retain quality assets for the long term. However, occasional sales will be considered where commercially appropriate.

Partnerships operate under a simple, proven partnership agreement, typically structured on an agreed 50/50 basis, providing genuine long-term alignment between investor and operator.
Who are we looking for?
An established property investor, businessperson or financially experienced individual with access to liquidity who is looking for an experienced, hands-on North West operating partner.
The opportunity is open to UK-based and overseas investors.
English-speaking preferred. Hebrew-speaking investors are also welcome; basic communication in Hebrew is possible.
